You Can’t Heal What You Dont Face
Wednesday May 14, 2025
Wednesday May 14, 2025
In this episode, we’re getting real about accountability, healing, growth, and relationships.
Too many of us avoid the hard conversations—with others and with ourselves. But the truth is, you can’t heal what you don’t face.
I talk about how real change starts when we stop blaming, start reflecting, and commit to showing up differently. Apologies are not just words—they’re actions. And when we take ownership of where we fall short, we unlock real progress.
We cover:
Why accountability is the key to healing
How to recognize your role in conflict
The importance of showing your value through action
Why fallouts happen more in today’s disconnected world
And how grace + communication can rebuild community
This is about doing the work—and realizing that growth is possible, practical, and powerful.
Let’s stop avoiding and start evolving.

Who You Surround Yourself With Matters: Growth or Self Destruction
Thursday Mar 20, 2025
Thursday Mar 20, 2025
Your environment shapes your future whether you grow or self-destruct often depends on who you surround yourself with. Isolation isn’t always the answer, especially if you’re struggling. Being around winners, people who see the best in you can make all the difference. The right circle will challenge you, support you, and pull greatness out of you, even when you don’t see it in yourself.
I share a personal story about Swell, a moment where I had to step in and make sure he saw what he was truly capable of. Sometimes, when you’re around people who want to win, they don’t just push themselves—they push you too. That energy is contagious, it creates a cycle of growth, accountability, and success.
Reach one, teach one. The more you’re surrounded by people who strive for the best, the more you develop the habit of doing the same for others. It pays forward naturally.
